My Island Real Estate is your independent real estate agent in Dubai. We have a global network of investors, real estate businesses and project developers. This allows us to offer you a wide range of villas and apartments. When it comes to your investment, we fully take your requirements and goals into account and we will accompany you from A to Z in the purchasing process.

My Island Real Estate has been based in Dubai since 2014. We are the official agent for major project developers and that’s why we are in the position to directly offer you new projects.

My Island Real Estate does not exclusively work for one project developer only, we can provide you with independent advice about which real estate best matches your requirements and goals.

My Island Real Estate accompanies you when purchasing, transferring, delivering and – if required – letting your property. We can also act as your intermediary to furnish your property.

All taken care of

We guarantee a correct transfer of the property in your name. All transactions and transfers are arranged via an ABN-AMRO escrow account of the renowned law firm Taylor Wessing in Dubai.
